Thank you for the report but this was fixed a while ago (see
66069eed4dcf9a13f482fa8ae985281529c0b280).  We had it all set for the
last release by using a feature of the release packaging python script
which could leave out files of a certain name in each directory.  It
turned out that feature was broken, but it has since been fixed.
