    SYNOPSIS:
The hello test server infinite loops if the host has IPv6 addresses, and
you rename the executable to anything other than SERVER.EXE

    DESCRIPTION:
If you attempt to launch the server portion of the Hello test after you
have renamed the executable to anything else, the server will go into an
infinite loop.

    REPEAT BY:
Launch the server portion after you have renamed the program to anything
else:

Hello.exe -ORBDebugLevel 10
