Subject: [tao-users] Udp and RTEvent Questions

Hi all,

this is not a problem report I'm just having a few difficulties and decided
to see if anyone here can help me with them.

I'm doing a prototype using the RT Event Service. My problems are:

how can I setup the RT Event Service to use UDP protocol instead of the TCP?

when I send the event it is send roughly at the supposed period ( 5ms) but
when I receive the events the come all packed (I'm receiving events with an
interval of around 80-100 us) this happens with both the rt_info strcutures
defined for the consumer and supplier.

Does anyone have an idea how I can achieve the first problem and is this
behavior normal in the second question or do I have something to setup that
I have missed?

Kind Regards.
