Jeff,

Okay, it works for me as well. It turns out that I need to pass a
parameter after the -c option, the documentation lead me to believe that
no parameter is necessary, and that it will assume there is a client.cpp
file. Thanks for the clarification, I'll update the documentation
accordingly.
