[Ace-users] Failed to start program compiled by Visual Studio 2008.net

I upgraded my IDE from VS2005 to VS2008 on the WindowsXP.
I found my program can not start, it give out a strange error.
I'm surprised.
But I found the ACE's examples programs can work, I don't know the
reasons.
