[ace-users] How to control the rate of accepted requests?

Hi All,
Is there a way to control the speed: the number of accepted request per
second in ACE? I like further requests will be denied by Reactor.
In my code I used from Ace_Reactor::run_reactor_event_loop() without
parameter.
