APG/Signals/* didn't work on Win32 ?<BR><BR></FONT></DIV>ACE was compiled with
Visual C++ Express 2008, <BR>i tried the Examples in APG/Signals , it
ran without any error message but signal related functions such as kill,
sigaction,... didn't work. may i need Cygwin or Interix to emulate signal on
