[cosmic-users] WG: Constraint-Related Features don't work

All,

We have this problem as well, among others. We have the CoSMIC 0.8.2
release installed on more than a couple dozen different machines with
varying OS installations ranging from 32-bit XP to 32-bit and 64-bit Vista
to 64-bit Windows 7.

It may be just coincidence, but looking across most of these the ones that
seem to have a problem with the "Constraints -> Check All" option being
grayed out and unavailable are the 64-bit OS installations. The few 32-bit
XP & Vista OS's appear to be OK.

Perhaps this offers a clue.
