[cosmic-users] Can the output directory be specified using gme_interpret.exe?

Hi James,

I've had some success with the following windows batch script - IDL works
fine, but the CUTS interpreter runs without error but produces no output;
and the deployment generator crashes gme_interpreter.exe. Do I have the
correct interpreter program IDs below?

set exec_dir=C:\Program Files (x86)\ISIS\CoSMIC\bin

set proj_dir=C:\Users\matt\Documents\MCMS

set model_dir=%proj_dir%\models

set IDL_dir=%proj_dir%\IDL

set srce_dir=%proj_dir%\CIAO

set dply_dir=%proj_dir%\deployment

cd %exec_dir%

gme_interpret.exe -x MGA.Interpreter.IDLGenerator
--param=OutputPath=%IDL_dir% %model_dir%\MCMS.mga

gme_interpret.exe -x CUTS.Interpreter.PICML --param=OutputPath=%srce_dir%
%model_dir%\MCMS.mga

gme_interpret.exe -x MGA.Interpreter.Deployment
--param=OutputPath=%dply_dir% %model_dir%\MCMS.mga

Matt

IDL,

You can use the following parameter:

  --param='OutputPath=DIR'

You should not be using the domain interpreter. AFAIK, no applications in
DAnCE use these generated files.

within the PICML paradigm ask for the output directory every time. Can this
be added to a list of features or is this already possible?

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks,

James
