[cosmic-users] Cannot create CQML project

Hi Johnny,

Thank you for clarifying that. Is there a currently accepted best
practice to express RT QoS constraints (priorities, etc)?
Can this be done with PICML / DQML? Or should it be done during
component implementation (hard-wired)?
