DOES THE PROBLEM AFFECT: mwc.pl build of Visual Studio solution, and compilation?

SYNOPSIS: Building the CoSMIC_Release_Build, some projects are skipped as they require zlib, even though zlib is installed and environment variables are set.

DESCRIPTION: With the latest version of CoSMIC downloaded from git, the cosmic.mwc will produce a solution with the PICML_Package and PICML_PackageComponent projects. This solution compiles and works.

But when trying to build the release (ie %COSMIC_ROOT%\Installer\CoSMIC_Release_Build.mwc) the following results are produced from the mwc.pl

MPC_ROOT was set to C:\CUTS\\MPC.
SAMPLE FIX/WORKAROUND: Since building cosmic.mwc works okay, I am concerned that zlib is not used by the Installer CoSMIC_Release_Build.mwc and that some projects are skipped.
Has anyone built a release msi recently?
If there is a recent COSMIC.msi available, the workaround would be to download and use that rather than building it again.
