[Esml-users] Getting an XML export of ESML

I believe the udmcopy application can be used to
convert the ESML .mga file into an ESML .xml file.

The OTIF generic tool adaptor can also be used to 
save the ESML file into an XML file that is compliant
with the ESML UML/UDM metamodel.
