I have used/installed Bugzilla before. The problem is that we have 
Windows servers where Bugzilla not excels. (OK it works, but one can 
image how easily runs an Apache/Perl/MySQL based web application on 
Windows.) The other thing we should consider is how to integrate this 
bugtraq system with other tools. (Mailing lists, revision control 
system, public and internal release building.)

Building such a system (that is usable and maintainable) is not an easy 
task and far more than installing a software or two. In our situation I 
would consider to use sourceforge. However this requires GME to be 
opensource. Well, maybe we should only wait a bit.
