Copy operation using mouse-ctrl-drag does not work.

 

I tried the following. In the  MetaGME (not to be confused with MetaGME2000) paradigm, on a paradigm sheet in the ClassDiagram aspect I attempted to drag an object (an atom actually), pressed ctrl, and dropped it. Got no results, no errors, no warnings, no crash. I did the same thing by doing a right-click, and context-menu copy, and then again right-click, context-menu paste … no results again. However, I was able to do a paste-special as Instance, as Subtype, and as Reference. 

 

Any particular reason why can’t I replicate an object – proliferate my intellectual property by making multiple copies of it :-)
