[gme-users] XML Exported Paradigm (4.5.18) fails to import in 4.8.25

The attached file was not in UTF8 format, that is the reason. 
I converted it back to UTF8 with Ultraedit and it worked well.
(See Attached). 

Did you modify by any chance the .xme file with any editor before the
import?
