[gme-users] Port name, References

Dear GEM Developers

I have two problem that I want to share with you.

You may solve this problems in the next version of GME. But if you don't
please look at these.

1- First I need to be able to change the font size in the model. Some
times I create a small icon for a component but the name font size is
too big.

2- also the same problem for an icon with a logo in it.

I have associated a small icon to a component like small square.
When I put a port in the this icon, GME automatically resize the my icon
o standard GME size which is a big rectangular.

Thanks
Orangi

Dear Zoltan

Thanks for your notes.

Let me share with my experience that I got from my friend (Amol)

I have listed all my component that I need them to create my scenarios.

I select my required component and then copy them, then I paste them on
editing widows by choosing copy special by reference.

With this way the name of reference automatically will change to name of
component.

This might very obvious for you, but I write it down it maybe useful for
other GME users.

Also I want to thank you for all your comments and help that you offer
to GME users.

Abdollah,

1. The length of port names will be allowed to change in the next
release (GME5).
2. No shorthand exists for the scenario described. (The name of a
reference can be changed manually)
