[gme-users] Triggering GME events externally.

IMgaObject::SendEvent can be used with user defined event code (using
the OBJEVENT_USERBITS = 0x00FF0000 mask, but excluding the 0x00100000,
0x00200000, 0x00400000, 0x00800000 already used (thus reserved) values).
