[gme-users] Udmcopy exception

Hello, 
   I'm getting an exception when running udmcopy on a UDM/FACT file and
was wondering if anyone could run it through the debugger at ISIS to
check out exactly why.  Udmcopy runs fine for other files, it's just
this one that gets an exception.  It does pass xsd validation against
the FACT.xsd file.

The Error signature is:
AppName: udmcopy.exe	 AppVer: 0.0.0.0	 ModName:
xerces-c_2_5_0.dll
ModVer: 2.5.0.0	 Offset: 00097628
