[gme-users] How to modeling the user operations?

Hi,

I want to use GME to build a DSML for a simple monitoring system. But I am puzzled when trying to model the UI. Because, there are buttons, menu, command, et al.. When people press a button, it maybe display a window, open a file, change a parameter value or the state of a control, send a message to a task or change the state of a task, et al.. All of these operations must be considered in the meta-model. But it refers to so many objects and has so many cases. I got into trouble. How to model this matter in meta-model?

Any help is really appreciated.
