[gme-users] mgaDecorator missing header files (mga.h and meta.h)

MgaDecorator project has some other projects as dependencies:
Meta
Mga
Interfaces

Mga.h, Meta.h are generated from the Mga.idl, Meta.idl files in the 
Interfaces projects, so at least the Interfaces project must be built in 
order to generate the mentioned missing .h files.
