The problem is in the way you modeled the inheritance.

 

The position of the elements with respect to the inheritance operator on
the modeling palette is not what determines which objects are base types
and which are derived types. Instead, the direction of the connections
linking the types to the inheritance operator is used. One direction
(from an inheritance operator to a class) results in the
DerivedInheritance connection and the other direction (from a class to
an inheritance operator) results in the BaseInheritance connection.

 

Also, running the constraint manager can typically provide some hints
about possible metamodeling mistakes.
