[gme-users] Missing component icon

Thanks, guys. Both of those answers proved to be useful. In the interest
of preventing pain for others later, here's how we got into the bad state to
begin with:

1. When the interpreter builds, it also registers the component at the end
of the build.
2. The registration failed, because the build was not run as Administrator.
3. We re-ran the build as Administrator, so the registration succeeded, but
the icon was not visible.

It seems that when the registration failed the first time, it only partially
failed. It created local entries in the registry, as described by Tihamer.
When it succeeded, it created system entries as well. Deleting the local
entries fixed the problem, but before doing that we did check out the
context menu -- it ran fine from the context menu.

Thanks for both of your help,
-Joe
