[gme-users] Error: Class not registered

I am new to GME and have working through tutorial 8.  After I have run 
the JavaCompRegister.exe and have enabled the component. I get a red x 
in the toolbar instead of the coffee cup shown in the tutorial. When I 
click on the x I get the message Component Execution Failed: Class not 
registered.

I have tried moving the package that contains the java file into the 
program file as well as into its own folder, but I still get the error. 
Does anyone know what is wrong?
