Hi Roja,

The Express versions of Visual Studio are not supported.

As a student, you can download Visual Studio 2015 Community at
https://www.visualstudio.com/downloads/ . Place
http://repo.isis.vanderbilt.edu/GME/17.3.13/setup14.js in the same
directory as setup90.js, run it, and it will register the GME Interpreter
Wizard for Visual Studio 2015
