Daniel Balasubramanian was working on a C# API for UDM, but I don't know anything about project status. He is away at Microsoft Research for the summer, but he may be checking the list. Just to be sure I copied this reply to the UDM list.
Hi,

What options, if any, do GME and its programming APIs provide to write
model interpreters using C# 3.0? If no direct C# based API is provided,
what can be done to enable writing interpreters using C#? Please let me
know.

Thanks,

Sumant.
