Subject: [great-users] xsd file name support in InputFileRegistry.h

InputFileRegistry.h now supports the specification of dtd/xsd file names
as command line arguments.
It can parse the expression of the format:

FILE_ID="FILE_NAME"[;"COPY_NAME"][!"XSD_NAME"]

where the order of COPY_NAME and XSD_NAME is arbitrary.

See the header file for details.
