[great-users] vcvars32.bat

This worked.  That is, I added <VSPATH>\Common7\Tools to my PATH
variable.  Great needed to be restarted, then the Rewrite Engine worked.

Hi Harmon,

You'll need to have the location of vsvars32.bat (not vcvars32.bat) in 
your path environment variable.
(eg Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Common7\Tools)
