[great-users] Installation Problems

I'm not using Vista, but I am using Office 2007.  The last time I tried SP1
it broke GReAT so badly that I had to uninstall it.  There should be a
discussion on that topic in the list archives somewhere.

I seem to have a knack for finding the most difficult corners of things.
