[great-users] Problem : LoadLibrary Failed

Hello, 
 I am trying to install the latest version of GReAT (1.6.1) on my machine and I am getting an error. Later on I tried to install UDM separately before installing GReAT as I thought that maybe the dependencies are creating a problem. Again, I got an error same error. I  am not sure I understand the problem. I am attaching a screen shot of the error with this mail.
