[great-users] XML-Creation, Colon and - in Object-Name

To be clear, attribute values can contain any character. Attribute names
must be valid C identifiers (since we are generating code from them). So
attribute names cannot contain : or -.

Perhaps you could generate "xsi_type" in GReAT, then use an XSL to
transform "xsi_type" to "xsi:type"?
