[tao-users] [ace-users] Compilation error using ACE_USES_WCHAR

Great, at the moment you have your fixes ready, also add a configuration
for wchar to the .travis.yml file in the root, would be nice when we
also have a travis-ci build that compiles with wchar enabled.
