Different generation process, for case when a single namespace exist.
I had a clean compile on the previuos Lamp sample.

This can be done even automatically, with our .vbs collection.

I can consider the exitence/value of an environment variable.
Perphaps for all the switches, it would be a generic soultion

It should easy to update, the header changes and the elements will be  
fully qualified.
