[udm-dev] OTIF with udm_ns2

Hi,

OTIF works with udm_ns2, it means that it does not support applications
using namespaces in UML meta models but it is backward compatible (same
situation as with Great).

Brian, I would like to ask you to get latest from VSS, compile it and
try it out with your OTIF application. You will need udm_ns2 compiled on
your machine. Let me know if you have any problem. I have run OTIF tests
but I would like to see some applications running in house.
After these tests we could release it.
