[udm-dev] Release is ready

I have put the installers for Udm and GReAT (both VS2003 and VS2005) in :

\\atlantis\Project\MoBIES\GReAT

The filenames are:
1. UDM-r3_1_1_VC71.exe
2. UDM-r3_1_1_VC8.exe
3. GReAT-r1_6_0_VC71.exe
4. GReAT-r1_6_0_VC8.exe

I have also uploaded them to repo along with release notes in the same directory:

GReAT is in /project/www/Download/GReAT/1.6.0/
Udm is in /project/www/Download/UDM/3.1/

Brian, can you edit the plone when you get a chance?
