[udm-dev] UdmCopy crash

I'm getting a crash in udm copy with the attached files.  I'm using the
latest pre-release built against boost 1.36.0.

The command is
udmcopy QuadIntegrator.mga QuadIntegrator.xml ESMoL_udm.xml

Whoops -- it looks like I put one extra file into the zip.  Just ignore it
(qint_abs.xml).
