     DOES THE PROBLEM AFFECT:
          EXECUTION

     SYNOPSIS:
When starting the service with a persistency option (-u etc.) and the 
-ORBDaemon option, the service does not start.

     SAMPLE FIX/WORKAROUND:
manually redirect cin, cout, cerr and starting with '&' instead of with 
-ORBDaemon
