[Ace-users] [ace-users] APG/Signals/* didn't work on Win32 ?

ACE was compiled with Visual C++ Express 2008,
i tried the Examples in APG/Signals , it ran without any error message but
signal related functions  such as kill, sigaction,... didn't work. may i
need Cygwin or Interix to emulate signal on win32 ?
