[ace-users] error of ACE-5.5.9.tar.gz or ACE-5.5.9.tar.bz2 file size

Why does it matter?  Are the contents the same?
I don't diff the content between ACE-5.5.9.tar.bz2 and ACE-5.5.9.tar.gz, 
but  normally ACE-5.5.9.tar.gz file size should > ACE-5.5.9.tar.bz2 file size
