ACE+TAO 5.6

HOST MACHINE and OPERATING SYSTEM:
Windows XP
Visual studio 8 (2005)

Hi every Body
I've just downloaded the ace tao 5.6 distribution
and I want to build it as static
the solution file in ACE_wrappers\ is ACE_vc8.sln , there is no
ACE_vc8_static as for VS 2003.
is there any options to add to the config.h file in way to compile ace,tao
as static (and obtain libraries  "lib_name ".lib ) ??
or some settings before building ??
