No, the ACE+TAO license is explicitly NOT compatible with GNU GPL.
Instead, it is deliberately less restrictive and follows the so-caled
"BSD license".  We did this since some company lawyers don't like
certain aspects of the GNU GPL, so our ACE+TAO license is designed to
make them happy.
