Some OMG specifications are more readable than others.  I've
always had issues with the Notification Service specification
because it has dependencies on (and extends) other specifications.
There is the inheritance from interfaces defined in the CosEvent
Service specification, as we've seen; then there is the
Extended Trader Constraint Language (ETCL) that extends the
Trader Constraint Language from the Trading Service specification.
Without all these specifications handy at one time, one really
cannot see the whole picture.
