[Ace-users] get confused by ACE_HAS_EVENT_POLL and ACE_HAS_DEV_POLL, any help ?

I am confused by the concept poll, event poll, dev poll. I there a
document describes these concepts ?
An othere question, when using dev poll, should there be an file
named /dev/poll. I just can not find it.
