Hi,

> Everytime I start a TAO ORB, I got these error messages:
>
> 3752 -- 20080122-18:44:53 3 ACE (3756|3752) LN::open_dll - Failed to
> open TAO_PI: Error: check log for details.

> service object for ORBInitializer_Registry

These are required by some of the core TAO functionality (server side). If
you don't have them installed we will work but some operations could give an
exception, like creating one of the POA policies.

Only as part of CORBA/e micro, see
http://deuce.doc.wustl.edu/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3034 for the bugzilla
enhancement issue I made some time ago. The Any type is used for the POA
policies.
