OCI's distribution of TAO includes ACE and is a completely open-source 
long term support version based on a DOC Group release. See 
http://theaceorb.com/support for more details.

This is the upstream DOC Group release of ACE+TAO.  It is maintained by 
the community including a number of commercial support organizations 
(including us).
