Folk,
I will rework these tonight, but I can't start till about 7:30pm. I will move some of the more techie slides to Backup, and have
more summary messages up front. I am getting suggestions from many different people and to the extent that these are not
conflicting I will address them all.
I think I make the mistake that I try to look at things from customer's point of view and ask "if I were Carol Galloway and Navy
what would I want to hear to give me further confidence that the CADYNCE concepts are valid and that progress on the toolchain is
being made?" I go wrong in thinking this means at least some details, but it is best to move all that to Backup and give just a
2-3-5 slide summary. I think w/ luck our conversation with her tomorrow will be 30 minutes at most unless they ask questions or
more details. (Patrick will present the slides, and he talks even faster than I do.) Though we are anxious and excited about our
technologies and technical work we face this problem in terms of layers of interchanges with Navy.
Joe <----> Marvin/Admirals
Patrick/Doug <----> Carol G.
Gautam/Technocracts <----> NO_ONE_TO_TALK_TO.
Thus, having understood this better I think we can create a much reduced set of up front slides, move others to backup, and we
will be ok.
