[cadynce] Generating detailed tasks list and schedule for CADYNCE

Folks:

In the next 24 hours I will post my cut at detailed
task list and schedule for remaining duration of
CADYNCE. (I am working under the assumption that for
all practical purposes we will conclude all technical
work by 5/30 and that seedling will come to a formal
programmatic end on 6/30.)

I would like to schedule a teleconf for Tuesday, March
20th, where we can go over this and other matters.
Please send me times when you are able to talk. We
need at least participation of 1-2 persons from each
of:

LM ATL
Raytheon
UMD
Vanderbilt
DARPA

Participation of others is welcome but not required.
