[cadynce] Let us teleconf at 3pm EDT on Tuesday, March 20th

I have started a task list and have put names of organizations that would
take the primary responsibility for each task. These tasks are not too
different from what we have been discussing. I have also tried to state
what we will not do in the seedling and I have stated a few of the
concerns that I have.

I will supply the teleconf number tomorrow. So far no one from Raytheon
has "ack'ed" the call for tuesday teleconference, but I am hopeful that
someone will be able to call in.
