Hi Raytheon and Friends:

In trying to assess how various different allocations serve the needs of
GT-4 I am trying to determine the performance requirements of GT-4
strings. I believe we have said these things in the past:

1) though 15 strings are listed in various input files only 10 will be
used. (In fact these 10 are identical structurallly but their rates vary.)

2) of the 10 appstrings that are used in GT-4 only the first two have
(real-time) performance requirements. Unless I am missing something I
can't find these stated performance requirements on the URL below. Also,
are we spec'ing average or worst case end to end behavior as the
performance metric to determine pass/fail for a particular allocation?

Also, I propose that we hold another face to face meeting to make a push
on various fronts and hash out seedling final deliverables. Naturally
no one believes (nor is it expected) that the toolchain that can be
built in the program will be delivered at the end of the seedling
effort, but now that a few weeks have passed since the following links
were last updated we may want to plan a one day gathering. How about
June 5th here in Cherry Hill, NJ?
