[cadynce] Briefing to PEO IWS delayed

Gentledudes -

We were scheduled to brief RADM Frick, PEO IWS, today. We're not going
to do that since the Admiral has been relieved of his duty. We have no
idea why, nor do we know who will replace him.

Thank you all for your work in getting ready for this briefing. Your
work will not be wasted.

We're still on for briefing RADM Goddard, PEO SHIPS, on June 11.
