     SYNOPSIS:
     see error message below
     DESCRIPTION:
     I attached an archive, containing the idl files I would like to 
parse. This files I have downloaded from the CoSMIC tutorial at 
http://www.dre.vanderbilt.edu/~mxiong/tutorial/01.html

     The CoSMIC, ACE_wrapper and MPC I have synced from the CVS 
repository some days ago. I resynced now ACE and CoSMIC to check if this 
problem is already fixed. The compilation will take some time ;-)
For all of you how are subscribed also to ace_bugd, sorry for cross 
posting this, I thogth the tao_picml is part of ACE.
